A real 30 day Thailand buddhist experience for the international community. You will live and learn as a monk - with a high probability your meditation will improve and mind state will calm and lighten. Note there is a significant social aspect and depending on the group could have lots of noise, laughing, joking around etc. After ordination you will be expected to wear formal monk attire with belt for all sessions that can be uncomfortable and tedious.
